Vito specializes in multi-tenant retail and urban investment sales at KLNB, where he applies strategic problem-solving skills to help his clients achieve their acquisition and disposition goals. A partner at the firm, Vito has been integral to KLNB’s investment sales growth and is responsible for sourcing and disposing of over $500 million in assets.

Prior to joining KLNB, Vito was a broker of record for South Florida-based firm Commercial Real Estate, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Washington University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
