vCard | Print BioVeronica is a principal who has spent over a decade at KLNB building meaningful connections with landlords and tenants and finding creative solutions to their retail real estate challenges. She partners with institutional landlords to understand their vision, craft thoughtful merchandising strategies, and secure competitive deal structures that generate sustained value. A DC native, Veronica is driven to make an impact on local communities and contribute to the evolution of the capital’s many treasured neighborhoods. She is active in industry networks and stays in the know on local and regional trends.
Prior to joining KLNB in 2012, Veronica built a strong foundation in commercial real estate as a research associate at CoStar Group in Washington, DC, managing a database of over 700 properties and providing market research and analysis support. Veronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a four-year member of the Varsity Women’s Track & Field team.
