Ryan Minnehan

Principal

Ryan represents over 6M square feet of ground-up and existing shopping centers and supports select tenants in developing and executing expansion strategies. With over 700 transactions totaling over $750M in value, Ryan is consistently a top performer.

Ryan joined KLNB’s Retail Division as an intern in 2009, quickly ascending to a broker role and ultimately becoming one of the youngest principals in company history in 2016. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation throughout the Baltimore and DC metro areas. Collaborative and integrally involved, Ryan bolsters company culture through his roles on the Recruitment, Finance, and 401K Committees. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Towson University.
