vCard | Print BioJoe is a retail leasing and sales expert specializing in shopping centers, pad sites, and ground-up developments throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Adept at navigating complex real estate projects, he has completed a significant number of ground lease, build-to-suit, and development transactions. Joe provides comprehensive client support across the real estate lifecycle—from strategy formation to site selection and lease negotiation.
Committed to delivering results, Joe has executed over 250 transactions totaling approximately $300 million in his 7 years at KLNB. His transactional knowledge, market insight, and extensive relationships have made him a trusted specialist in his field.
Prior to commercial real estate, Joe worked as a mutual fund analyst at ALPS Fund Services in Denver and as a trader’s assistant in Morgan Stanley’s North American oil trading division. He moved into retail real estate at a Maryland-based commercial brokerage before joining the KLNB team in 2017. In 2023, he was elected a partner of the firm in recognition of his production and firm contributions.
Joe graduated from University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Economics. He is currently pursuing a CCIM certification.
