M. John Meyer

Principal

A KLNB principal for nearly 25 years, John represents local and national retailers with comprehensive ground-up and infill real estate strategies customized to reach their target customers throughout the region. He works closely with developers to craft innovative and tailored merchandising plans that achieve thriving co-tenancies and supports owners through profitable sales and leasing of shopping centers. He counts a variety of reputed anchor and entertainment tenants among his clientele.

John began his career with Manekin Corporation where he spent six years before joining KLNB in 1994. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, applying his insights to shape the future of the company. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
