Ben Becker

Principal

Ben is a trusted advocate for some of DC’s most prominent owners. A force at KLNB’s DC office since 2006, he works closely with developers and landlords to formulate and execute leasing strategies that enhance retail environments, focusing on walkable mixed-use projects with modern merchandising. He supports owners like Jair Lynch, EYA, and Urban Investment Partners in taking timely repositionings, ambitious redevelopments, and visionary ground-up projects to the finish line. He also helps tenants of all stripes – like First National Bank, Massage Envy, and City Winery —  chart their market entries and expansions.

Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science at the University of Rochester and an MBA with a focus in Real Estate, Corporate Strategy & Marketing from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Ben also sits on the Board of TechFIN, a nonprofit organization dedicated to narrowing the digital divide.
